By accessing or using the website at westsacramentoasphaltpaving.com, or by requesting, scheduling, or receiving any services from West Sacramento Asphalt Paving ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or engage our services.
These Terms apply to all visitors, customers, and others who access or use our website or services.
West Sacramento Asphalt Paving provides asphalt paving, sealcoating, parking lot striping, driveway paving, asphalt repair, crack sealing, grading and excavation, concrete curbing, drainage solutions, and related exterior surfacing services for residential and commercial properties in and around West Sacramento, CA.
The specific scope of services for each project is defined in the written estimate or contract provided to you before work begins. We reserve the right to decline any project at our discretion.
All estimates are provided in writing after an on-site assessment of the project. Estimates reflect the scope and conditions observed at the time of the assessment and are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise noted.
An estimate is not a binding contract. A separate written agreement or signed contract is required before work begins. If site conditions change between the estimate and the start of work - such as discovery of additional base damage or subsurface issues not visible during the estimate - we will notify you in writing before performing additional work and will provide a revised cost figure for your approval.
We do not guarantee prices against material cost fluctuations for projects that are not contracted and scheduled within the validity period of the estimate.
Project dates are scheduled by mutual agreement. We will make reasonable efforts to begin work on the agreed date. Asphalt work cannot proceed in rain or temperatures below 50 degrees Fahrenheit. If weather conditions require rescheduling, we will contact you as early as possible and reschedule at the nearest available date.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance by phone or email. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice after materials have been ordered or crews have been dispatched may result in a cancellation fee to cover direct costs incurred. Any such fee will be specified in your written agreement.
Payment terms are outlined in your written agreement. Unless otherwise specified, payment is due upon completion of the project. For larger commercial projects, we may require a deposit before scheduling and progress payments during the work. All payment terms will be clearly stated in your contract before any work begins.
Overdue balances may be subject to a late fee as specified in your agreement. We reserve the right to pursue collection of unpaid balances through all available legal remedies.
We stand behind our workmanship. Any workmanship warranty provided will be stated in your written agreement and covers defects directly attributable to the installation process. Warranties do not cover damage caused by factors outside our control, including but not limited to: heavy vehicle loads beyond the scope of the project design, subsurface soil movement, flooding, tree root intrusion, or failure of structures adjacent to the paved area.

General information on this website is educational in nature and does not constitute professional advice specific to your property.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, West Sacramento Asphalt Paving shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our website or services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability for any claim related to services performed shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
If a dispute arises out of or relates to these Terms or any services provided by West Sacramento Asphalt Paving, we encourage you to contact us first at contact@westsacramentoasphaltpaving.com so we can work toward a resolution directly.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to submit to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, before pursuing any other legal remedy. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking emergency injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal proceedings not subject to arbitration under Section 8 shall be brought exclusively in a court of competent jurisdiction located in California.
